The PMI Pinnacle Awards, now in their fifth year, recognise individuals and organisations who are raising standards across the pensions sector. They provide an opportunity to highlight good practice, fresh thinking and meaningful impact within the profession.

Quality is prioritised over quantity, reflected in a carefully selected range of categories. The awards celebrate people and ideas that are helping to shape the future of the pensions world.

The awards process goes beyond self-assessment. An independent panel of judges, including professionals from both within and beyond the sector, brings a broad perspective and rigorous approach to identifying those making a genuine difference.

At their core, the Pinnacle Awards are about strengthening standards and recognising those who demonstrate leadership, professionalism and innovation. By sharing these achievements, we aim to encourage continued progress across the sector.
