PMI’s Pinnacle Awards T&Cs
Table Bookings:
a. Table reservations for the PMI Pinnacle Awards can be made for a full table (10 seats), half table (5 seats), or individual place (1 seat).
b. Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
c. Each table reservation includes the specified number of seats as indicated during the booking process.
d. PMI reserves the right to assign table seating arrangements at its discretion.
Payment:
a. Full payment for table bookings must be made at the time of reservation.
b. If booking via the awards website, an invoice will be issued to the individual making the booking, from a PMI team member.
c. Payment options, including accepted forms of payment and instructions, will be provided by PMI during the booking process.
d. All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellations
a. Table sponsorship cannot be cancelled once booked. Follow booking form T&C’s for full info or contact your main sales contact.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
a. PMI reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Pinnacle Awards event for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
b. In the event of cancellation or postponement, PMI will provide notice to table holders and make reasonable efforts to accommodate their bookings for the rescheduled event or offer a refund as determined by PMI.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. PMI reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. b. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the PMI website or other communication channels used for event announcements.
